Role:
Perform a regular check in stores if the SOP's are rightly executed, with a focus on processes that can impact the financial results. Summarize and communicate audit results to operational department for follow up.

Main responsibilities
- Audit GV stores (and do follow up) according to auditing plan
- Communicate store auditing results to relevant departments and track improvements made
- Sparring partner for operational department on how to make process and procedure improvements

Candidate requirements
- Fluent in Chinese and basic English (written)
- Background in operations, and (financial) process & procedures and/or store audit experience in retail
- Independent, highly motivated and self-driven.
- Thorough and detailed approach
- Strong personality: to influence and support stores, and communicate auditing outcomes with directors 举报 分享
