职位描述：
TZG（高瞻资本）旗下项目生鲜电商公司招聘客服专员职位：

岗位职责：
1、负责每天线上订单处理，及时有效回复客户问题；
2、负责新品的上传及发布；
3、负责针对现有电商平台存在问题提出解决方案；
4、负责产品简单PS（修图）；
4、完成上级领导安排的其他工作内容。

任职要求：
1、专业吃货，因为我们是一家生鲜电商平台，需要专业的你；
2、熟练使用办公软件，绘制报表；
3、具有良好的沟通协调能力，专业的客服经验
