职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.协助业务总监对部门重要通知、决定、决策的发送；
2.协助业务总监整理信息，负责信息的上传和下达，资料的管理、会议联系、会议安排；
3.负责安排业务总监会议、会谈以及对外工作的日常安排及相关事务的联系与落实；
4.协助业务总监进行部门的日常工作关系和事务处理；
5.负责部门相关文件的起草及归档工作，部门活动及会议的组织及协调；
6.负责业务部内部流程流转及跨部门沟通。

任职要求：
1.大专以上学历，英语良好；
2.三年以上相关工作经历，有金融服务行业类工作经验者优先考虑；
3.熟练使用office办公软件；
5.有较强的办公自动化学习能力；
4.具有较强的沟通能力，仪表端正，谈吐大方得体。 举报 分享
