Job Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Retail Operations
- Oversee day-to-day operation of the stores and solve unresolved operational issues
- Lead, motivate, coach and develop sales team and sales staff in performance & career development
- Ensure that the highest standard of housekeeping on and off the sales floor are maintained at all times
- Provide necessary resources and support to stores
- Plan and take necessary steps to have optimum stock levels, minimize inventory discrepancies and maintain system accuracy
- Implement and support all security measures
- Ensure that the highest standard of merchandising are maintained at all times
- Prepare monthly analysis report & relevant documents to management review
- Provide leadership to current sales team, achieve sales target & profit margin to meet business objectives
- Assist to prepare new store opening and shop renovation projects

2. Merchandising & Business Management
- Monitor the inventory and the merchandising variety among the stores and work with Merchandising Department to optimize the effectiveness of the stores
- Provide feedback on merchandising and customer needs in the area
- Be aware of local trading environment and its impact on our sales, including competitors' trading activities
- Suggest in-store events and in-store incentives that will continue to grow customer base, with particular emphasis placed on building local market.

3. Team management
- Communicate vision, strategy and clear directions to retail staff
- Ensure adequate staffing through recruitment, rotation, mobility, training and development
- Motivate, drive, inform and actively coordinate retail teams to build team spirit and positive working environment
- Monitor sales team KPI’s performance
- Conduct training to ensure proper training of sales staff and excellent customer service
- Manage recruitment and career development of the team

4. Marketing & Communications
- Work with the Marketing Department in in-store events to maximize sales

5. Perform other duties as required

Job Requirements:
- At least 5 years or above retail experience preferably in footwear products
- With at least 3 years’ experience in supervisory and management of multiple stores
- Strong planning and analytical skills
- Willing to devote himself or herself to grow together with the company
- Independent, mature, responsible with positive and proactive attitude
- A good team player with good leadership skill
- Excellent communication skills in Chinese & English
- Good computer skills in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

职位描述:
1、 直接负责并且保证店铺和区域整体能够达成或者超越销售指标,关键的绩效指标和盈利目标,通过使用短期目标和长期规划、费用控制以及促销和良好的客户服务等方法。
2、 提高店铺员工的稳定性以及服务水平,保证达成或者超越销售指标、关键的绩效指标和利润目标。
3、 按店铺情况调配人手,审核店铺排班。
4、 负责确保完成所有区域内的店员招聘及培训,帮助提升店铺表现并进行员工考核。
5、 审核店铺薪资表,负责确保零售店铺和整个区域内所有的奖金目标是合理并可控的。
6、 分析生意的情况,客户类型以及区域内各个单店的购买趋势,从而提升销售。
7、 执行新开/关店的任务。
8、 监督并管理区域内的所有市场活动。
9、 负责店铺员工对销售、换货、退货的准确操作,包括正确使用POS系统,正确严肃处理销售票据,有折扣活动时保证在买单时合理使用并操作折扣选项。同时负责店铺员工内买的销售,确保符合公司的内买政策。
10、 每月汇报负责区域的生意情况分析。
11、 探寻新的商机,找到提升区域业绩的方法,确保所有行动能达成这些新的商机并使之最大化。
12、 每月必须保证到所有负责店铺巡店。
13、 上班时间为非固定工时,可能需要在周末、夜晚、节假日工作。
14、 根据要求组织及参与店长会议。
15、 完成上级交予的其它工作,与其他同事保持良好的合作与沟通。

职位要求:
1、 大专以上学历;
2、 具有5年以上零售管理工作经验,有鞋、包或服装轻奢品牌工作经验者优先;
3、 具有3年或以上管理及运营多间店铺经验;
4、 有领导力和组织能力;
5、 具有良好团队合作精神和协作意识;
6、 工作能力强,性格外向,易于人沟通;
7、 具有独立的分析和解决问题的能力,市场感觉敏锐;
8、 能够根据本职工作需要,熟练使用办公软件 (MS Office);
9、 良好中、英语水平。
