Production Cost Control
生产成本控制 ? Support the company to control and lower production costs
支持公司控制和降低生产成本
? Implement established control mechanisms and reports in SAP in cooperation with the SAP consultant
与SAP顾问合作在SAP中建立控制机制
? Calculate and maintain machine rates annually / upon request
每年/根据请求 计算和维护机器费率
? Update work center structure
更新工作中心结构
? Cost calculation and analysis of ordinary valves (NG4,NG6,NG10)
常规阀的成本计算与分析(NG4,NG6,NG10)
? Work order variance analysis (monthly report)
工单差异分析
? Inititate action following variance analysis with relevant departments
与相关部门进行差异分析
Budget Control
预算控制 ? Verify the actual expenditure situation of investment buget
核实公司投资预算的实际支出情况
? Improve management of cost centers and implement expense budgeting by department for 2016
为2016各管理部门的成本中心和实施费用预算
Sales Controlling
销售控制 ? Precalculation and sales margin analysis of projects
