职位描述：
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES主要工作职责:
1. Support organization daily needs, complete the site activities and report to Site manager(SM) at site.
协助完成公司日常事务，完成现场工作并向现场经理汇报
2. Assist SM for site preparation, logistics and administration;
协助现场经理做现场准备，物流业务及行政事务
3. Responsible to prepare, control and file the documents for the JD project and other project program.
负责为京东项目或其他项目准备和撰写相关文档。
4. Assist to organize on-site installation activity for Planed Prevention Maintenance project.
协助组织现场预防性维护项目并参与预防性维护安装。
5. Support for planning and monitoring of installation process
协助筹划和监控安装过程
6. Communication with customer, sub-contractors and KNAPP engineering team from site
负责现场和KNAPP工程团队，以及分包商和客户沟通相关事宜
7. Responsible to urgent maintenance if need.
负责并参与紧急维护事项
8. Support for spare parts management with customer.
协助客户管理备件
9. Assist/support the project/site reporting and feedback to PM and SM about the progress and status
向项目经理和现场经理汇报及反馈项目进展情况
 
QUALIFICATIONS & ATTRIBUTES任职资格
1, College degree or above, such as Mechanical, Electrical, Automation or other related technical engineering major;
机械，电气，自动化或相关工程技术专业本科及以上学历。
2, Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience in a similar sector.
相关行业3年以上工作经验
3, Understanding technical drawings & specifications and documentation and having the project/site management experience/background is preferred;
能够读懂图纸和技术规格文档，有项目或者现场管理经验者优先。
4, Basic knowledge of Field Bus and Frequency Converter is preferred;
有现场总线和变频器调试经验优先。
5, Good English both orally and in written for communicating with overseas colleagues, German speaking is advantage.
必须熟练英文口语及书写，能够和海外同事流畅沟通。懂德文优先。
6, Basic knowledge of industrial automated Systems is an advantage;
了解基本工业自动化系统。
7, Good computer skills, be familiar with office software such as word, excel and PowerPoint.
熟练掌握基本办公软件（MS office）
