职位描述：
1、负责市场维护和管理工作;
　　2、建立和完善市场部相关业务流程，并监督检查执行情况，以确保本部门工作质量与效率的不断提高。
　　3、抓好活动方案的实施、执行、监督、修正和活动总结;
　　4、参与部门重要的业务洽谈与关系维护，以得到客户资源、信息等方面的最大支持。
　　5、负责协调部门内外其他部门的工作关系，以确保按计划完成各项工作。
　　6、参与建立本部门绩效考核制度，以激励员工做出更大贡献。
　　7、负责编制本部门年、季、月销值和预算的计划工作;
　　8、对提高销量管理办法的研究和改进;
　　9、市场价格及市场进行潜力的调查和分析;
　　10、对市场销售人员工作的考核、评比、激励;
　　11、各区销售业绩的统计与分析;
　　12、积极了解并获得客户的各种信息，积极利用有效渠道对相关信息进行反馈并提出建议。
　 13、完整、准确、及时地制作、呈报各类报表。
　　14、定期或不定期地组织对客户回访情况的分析和讨论;
　　15、完成好领导交办其他各项基础性和临时性工作 举报 分享
