OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB 岗位目的
? Assure that the plant achieves total customer satisfaction;
? Complete fulfilment of the customer requirements; To be responsible for managing key aspects of the customer quality relationship;
? Leading the CQM function team to drive customer concerns towards timely solutions.
? Customer quality representative, be responsible for customer quality/customer requirement monitor, tracking, reporting, customer quality data system management.
MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? To be the voice of the customer about quality (from project stage to mass production), take lead on customer touch point management: Interpret specifications for products & quality management to determine performance requirements in order to meet and/or exceed customer expectations
? Lead the team of Customer Quality Engineers, Resident Engineers, be responsible for team’s education/coaching/management, target setting & performance monitor;
? Coordinate with internal departments for achieving customer quality expectation;
? Customer complaints’ handling and reporting and ensure they are resolved in an efficient & timely manner to meet QRCM requirement, coordinate complaints between customers and production sites;
? To work with other departments to establish root cause & appropriate short/long term corrective actions;
? Responsible for ensuring customer visit, audit, presentation materials and qualifications happen in an orderly and professional manner,;
? Conduct and develop preventative programs to reduce defects to satisfy customer;
? Customer defect analysis coordination and analysis report (key customer 8D report) review;
? Customer satisfaction conduction (customer quality performance monitor, customer special requirement fulfillment);
? Build and maintenance the relationship with customer from quality side, regular visit customer sites;
