2.起草、修订和维护质量管理体系相关文件
3.负责对公司内部不合格品进行原因分析并及时汇报
4.负责处理客户投诉、抱怨
5.负责纠正、预防措施的跟踪验证
6.负责公司内部ISO9001的年度内、外审工作
7.完成公司交办的其他相关工作
