工作职责：
Job Function:

？ 独立操作安排全国海运订舱出口流程
Operate sea freight export booking independently, booking covers the countrywide origins
？ 供应商准备好出货后，向货代公司或者船公司订舱，协调供应商和货代/船公司，确保货物根据计划状况起航出货
Book sea freight space after vendor shipment ready, coordinate between vendors and forwarders/carriers to ensure shipment departing as planned.
？ 及时处理与货代/船公司的付款事宜，并在与海外客户协商的时间点内发出海运提单
Settle payment with forwarders/carriers timely and send out B/L to overseas customers in the agreed timeline.
？ 运费询价及运价整理
Freight rate enquiry/collection
？ 负责与供应商、客户、海外办公室、代理和仓库联系
Keep smooth communication among vendors, customers, oversea office, and 3PL.
？ 协调、制作始发地和目的地的客户清关所需的各类相关单证和文件
coordinate or apply the necessary documents for both origin and destination customs clearance purpose
？ 监督货代/船公司的服务质量
Monitor the existing sea freight booking agent service performance
？ 文件归档和整理

岗位要求:
Position Requirement:

？ 3年以上国际海运操作经验，与各船公司有着良好的业务关系；第三方国际物流公司工作经验者优先
More than 3 years international sea freight Export operation experience; have the good business relationship with shipping companies. 3rd party international logistics company working experience is preferred
