Trainee -- Organizational Development

InterChina is a boutique management consultancy specialized in strategy and M&A advisory services in China. Since being founded in 1994, InterChina has grown to 60 professionals, and emerged as one of the leading consultancies in China. InterChina has two operations offices, located in Beijing and Shanghai, supported by a liaison office in Europe.



 The Trainee will mainly have responsibility for the following activities:

 Assist in recruitment process, includes candidate searching and screening;

 Make cold calls to get information and data management;

 Prepare training materials;

 Other related admin and HR tasks from managers.



 Working time:

 Full time, 8~9hrs per week days, but flexible to do overtime.


 Working Relationships

 The Intern will report to Organizational Development Manager based in Shanghai.

 And will work closely with Internal Support Team.


 Position Requirements

Oversea master graduate

 Eager to learn, self motivated, hard working, persistent and easy going.

 Capability to work under pressure and handle difficult phone calls

 Strong search skills, ability to work on your own and as part of a team


 Location:

 Shanghai, 100 Bund Square 100 South Zhongshan Rd.
