Position Summary:
This Marketing/Development Office Coordinator will provide administrative and translation support to the
marketing/communications office as well as the development office.
Supervised, evaluated by and reports to:
Marketing and Communication Director; Director of Development
Qualifications:
Ø Bachelor degree or above in Marketing, Communication or related field
Ø Minimum of five years related work experience
Ø Fluent in oral and written English
Ø Excellent communication skills and strong interpersonal skills
Ø Excellent planning and organizational skills
Ø Detail orientated
Ø Experience in Education industry will be a plus
Performance Responsibilities:
Ø Administration:
o Office administration including ordering business cards for whole school
o Liaise with purchasing office to manage purchase orders
o Support alumni database entry
Ø Translation:
o Accompany Head of School and Director of Development to donor meetings and interpret in the meeting.
o Translate marketing materials, messages to community, board meeting minutes, …
Ø Event Coordination:
o Work with Event Coordinator and related departments/vendors to prepare for events
o Support events registration.
o Trouble shoot if necessary to make sure events are successful.
