The Role: 职责要求：
You will be required to support and enhance the existing project management service of the studio and be responsible for providing management support to the design teams. In particular, this role will involve co-ordinating with client managers, resource planning, project management, fee bid preparation, contract negotiation assistance to the studio teams, contract preparation, dealing with contractual and commercial issues as they relate to BDP’s Service Agreement, finalising and obtaining chopped contracts from the clients. Recording receipt of the executed contracts and registering with the finance team.
支持并提高现有项目管理服务，负责对设计团队进行管理。具体包括与业主管理人员进行协调、进行资源规划、项目管理、报价制定、合同谈判、合同编制、处理与BDP服务协议有关的合同问题及商业问题、与业主确定合同。记录已实施合同并提交财务部门登记存档。

It will involve close collaboration with the studio leader and associate architects.
需要与事务所负责人及高级建筑师紧密配合工作。

The person we are looking for will be someone:-
应聘人员需具备以下特质：
? Who is enthusiastic and keen to learn and develop.
积极热情，乐于学习及发展；
? Who has excellent people skills and can work well within the dynamics of a design team and co- ordinate fee and contract discussions with the client managers.
拥有出色的人际交往能力，良好的团队协作能力，与业主经理进行费用和合同谈判的能力；
? Who is a good communicator (verbal, written and graphical) English and Mandarin written and spoken is essential.
善于沟通（口头、书面及图示），拥有英文及普通话的口头和书面表达能力；
? Who is an organised individual with strong negotiation skills.
组织力强，拥有出色的沟通技巧；
? Who is familiar with construction industry recognised project management software (further training will be provided).
熟悉建筑行业认可的项目管理软件（包含后续培训）；
? Who has a construction related degree and experience in similar offices within China.
拥有工程相关学位及中国类似公司工作经验。
