Position: Key Account Sales Manager
Based in Shanghai
Report : to Managing Director China ( French)

Overall Responsibility
Develop new opportunities maintain long-term relationships and maximize sales opportunities with potential and existing clients.

Key areas of Responsibility
? Develop strategy, tactics, sales plans and profit targets
? Achieve targets for revenue, profitability and sales growth
? Identify and report on business opportunities in target markets
? Identify, develop a targeted list of key accounts (Corporations and Government sectors)
? Prospect potential clients using various channels (Cold calls, exhibitions, networking, meetings, and etc.)
? Maintain customer satisfaction through strong Account Management and Implementation skills
? Participate actively in our marketing activities (trade shows, promotional events)
? Act as an ambassador and role model for your business

As a Key Account Sales Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation of all phases of the sales process.

You’ll be office-based, but you will also spend much of your time visiting clients and partners. You will also need to attend conferences, trade fairs and exhibitions.
Territory: China

Qualifications

? Excellent sales, presentation and negotiation skills
? Good business sense with an in-depth understanding of solution and consultative selling
? Team player and self-motivated
? Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English
? BA or BS required, MBA a plus
? Familiar with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
? Age 30+, but not limited, including 8 years working experience with strong sales record in HR, IT or E-learning training fields.
