职位描述：
Principal Accountabilities
1. Source, develop, and maintain suppliers for both direct materials and MRO products and services.
2. Negotiate with suppliers to obtain the maximum benefits such as the best lead time, the best payment terms, the lowest possible cost for desired quality of goods and services.
3. Issue Purchase Order timely and follow up delivery to ensure on time delivery of goods and services purchased.
4. Maintain purchasing documents and supplier database.
5. Coordinate with Production and Quality team on issues related to material supply for smooth production.
6. Monitor and evaluate supplier performance on quality, delivery, cost, and service by close coordinating with Quality Department and Production Department.
7. Organize comparison sheets and additional supporting documentation to provide a comprehensive
analysis on product specifications and cost to assist decision makers.
8. Identify improvement opportunities and continuously improve purchasing process.
9. Negotiates/manages pricing and other contractual aspects of supplier relationships by utilizing total cost of analysis in support of the continuous improvement goal.
10. Develops/manages the Hu-Friedy Supplier Risk Management program. Manages/executes the Hu-Friedy Supplier Scorecard Program.
11. Performs benchmarking and cost analysis to identify market trends.
12. Other duties the manager may assign.

Functional Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
This position requires an individual with:

1. College graduate or above.
2. Above 3 years working experience in purchasing/ sourcing function. Familiar with medical device industry, dental instrument experience is preferred.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, active team player.
4. Computer literate and comfortable using MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint Softwares. Experienced user of ERP system, SAP experience is a plus.
5. Fluent in written and spoken English.
6. Knowledge about ISO9001 or ISO13485 preferable. 举报 分享
