Key job responsibilities:
? Appraising client organization against maturity models (CMMI, P-CMM, SPICE, eSCM, Agile, TDD, SCRUM etc)
? Defining process improvement strategy for our clients
? Implementing process improvement action plans
? Applying the necessary tools to support improvement
? Training and coaching the people from client organizations
? Providing technical and business development support to sales
Experience and Skills Required:
? At least Bachelor degree with 5 years hands-on experience in one or more areas of systems/software development
? At least 2 years experience as a project manager for engineering project(s)
? Familiar with one or more industrial standards, like CMMI, SPICE, P-CMM, PMP, Agile, TDD, SCRUM etc..
? A few years experience in business development
? Knowledge and experience in software engineering safety is preferable
? Excellent communication skills and strong team spirit
? Able to work overseas if required from the clients
? A certain level of fluency in English
