Job Title: Treasury Analyst
Location: Shanghai, China

Key Responsibilities:
? Run payment proposal in SAP, perform cash disbursement include domestic and foreign currency payment, urgent payments, Intercompany payments etc.
? Post entries related with cash disbursement in SAP and clearing AP
? Perform month end closing; include bank accounts reconciliation, BAD Physical count and blackline preparation and uploading.
? Prepare cash disbursement related reports, include weekly cash report and monthly actual payments report
? Assistant in loan facility /bank loan application and draw down. Include financial data collection for bank loan application and evaluation, prepare/fill in bank document per bank requirements.
? Supports on internal and external auditing for bank and cash disbursement related issues
? Assistant in bank signature updates, include collect and prepare document required and visit counter for document submit ion.
? Other ad-hoc works or assignments
Education:
Bachelor degree, preferable in finance and accounting fields.

Skills/Experiences requirements:
? 1-2 years related working experience.
? Familiar with MS office, especially good at Excel and better to have SAP experience
? Familiar with E-banks operation, FX payment practice and regulations.
? Good at English, both written and oral
? Positive working attitude, careful and responsible, willing to work under pressure. 举报 分享
