职位描述：
职位：质量工程师
职责：
1）统计和分析工厂的生产质量数据；
2）决定生产现场不合格品的处理；
3）组建临时小组，分析内部质量问题和客户抱怨的根本原因，制定行动计划并跟踪；
4）培训和指导现场员工。
要求：
1）本科毕业，机械类专业或机械类工艺相关工作经验；
2）汽车制造业三年以上质量工程师经验；
3）熟练运用8D，5WHY等质量工具；
4）良好的沟通和协调能力，及团队合作精神；
