职位描述：
工作职责：
- 店铺财务业绩, 跟进销售目标和预算,实现赢利，达成店铺销售和利润目标并控制好成本
- 确保所有的促销活动高标准地顺利进行(服装陈列,促销活动,大型活动,库存情况和跟进行动)
- 确保所有后台流程都按照标准执行(人员考勤安排,现金办公室,折扣活动,收货安全和防损规范)
- 店铺陈列 ,保持店铺内的清洁和组织管理标准
- 营运管理 ,确保店铺的营运管理符合公司品牌所有的政策和营运标准
- 顾客服务管理：提供各项出色的顾客服务，监督员工提供的客户服务能达到公司的标准，收集来自客户有价值的信息并反馈给品牌经理或产品经理。
- 产品管理：确保店铺在任何时候、任何区域都有足量的产品储备、品类储备，以提高销售的有效性。
- 形象管理：确保店铺的形象满足公司的要求并适应当地客户的需求和期望。
- 招聘,培训及人员发展,给团队每个成员提供一系列的发展计划
- 身体力行,你是一个大家的榜样


职位要求：
1. 高中及以上学历
2. 至少3年以上零售、店铺管理经验，童装行业及快时尚行业经验者优先考虑
3. 2年以上的团队管理经验
4. 优秀的沟通、执行跟踪和分析能力, 对零售行业充满激情，能够承担较强压力
5. 具有高度的工作责任心，有团队合作精神及良好的沟通技巧
6. 积极乐观，不断进取,，乐于学习,乐于分享 举报 分享
