岗位职责：
1、 负责上海长宁壹贰叁教育培训中心的招生工作，达成月度、季度、年度招生 指标；
2、 负责接听、接待会员和非会员的来电来访，给家长和孩子提供咨询服务，并达成课程销售；
3、 预约潜在客户参加中心举办的免费体验课或其他活动，挖掘和引导客户需求，并达成课程销售；
4、 积极推进在读学员的推荐转介绍，并达成课程销售；
5、 定期接受公司、校区组织的销售体系、教学体系、职业素养培训，不断提高自身综合素质；
协助课程总监完成中心推广任务



任职要求：
有相关销售经验者优先
1、 中专及以上学历，能进行简单英语口语交流；
2、 熟悉顾问式销售的原理、流程和技巧；
3、 成熟、自信、稳重，言谈举止大方得体，有亲和力；
4、 性格开朗、有责任心、应变能力强，抗压能力强；
5、 热爱教育咨询行业，有进取心，有良好的沟通技巧和表达能力；
6、 有良好的客户服务意识，奋斗精神，团队合作精神，能适应灵活的工作时间（包括周末）

Job responsibilities：
1. be responsible for children recruitment activities and achieve monthly、quarterly、yearly’s targets
2. be responsible for answering the phone from members and non-members、reception of members and non-members、offering consultations to parents and children in order to achieve course sales
3. Make an appointment with potential customers to enable them to participate in free experience course or other activities，exploit the demand of customers in order to achieve course sales
4. Actively convert the recommendation of full members into introduction in order to achieve course sales
5. Regularly accept the training from sales、teaching system organized by company and school，improve professional quality；assist course director to compete the task of promotion

Job requirement：
Relevant sales experience is preferred
1、technical secondary school and above，basic oral English
2、be familiar with the principles、procedures and skills of consultant selling
3、mature，confident，easy charm，good manners
4、cheerful、sense of responsibility、good strain capacity and resistance of pressure
5、love education consulting industry，good communication skills
6、good sense of customer service，struggling spirit and team work spirit，adapt to flexible working hours（including weekends） 举报 分享
