The secretary routine (supporting work)
Anything with the office clerk’s work, daily interpreting, files management affair, and other planning & researching as well. The following points are as your reference:
１※The basic operation and management by computer (Word, Excel Power Point);
２※Marketing researching and so on (PPT);
３※Systematical list and timely management of the data;
４※The business liaison and interpreting work between Japanese clients and Chinese clients; Frequent Japanese skill is needed.
※The candidates of this position should manage the data by freely operating computer without any difficulty.
※The candidates should have worked in the relevant secretary position for at least two years, and the female is preferred who should not be older than 35.
※The candidates who understand English will be better rewarded.
※Working time: from 8:30 a.m. to 17:30 p.m. (Without the weekend time, Saturday and Sunday, and the official festival holidays, general working time is 5 days per week, and 8 hours for each day.)
※The candidates should be active, cheerful, patient, passionate, and decent and faithful to his/her company. In addition, those who are flexible and can perfectly solve the accidental problems and are interested with fashions will also be preferentially treated.
※Several other adjustments are specially considered as the plus points in employment, e.g. those with high creativity and great interest in fashions are in this special consideration.
