? Secure development and execution of Dealer After Sales business and investment plan
? Secure that Dealer operate according to Qoros processes & standards
? Follow up and monitor Dealer After Sales staff competence
? Dealer CSI score and actions for improvement
? Receive Business trends and needs from Dealers and feedback internally within Qoros
? Follow up and monitor all relevant Dealer operational KPI's
? Secure all Dealers are visited minimum 2 times / year
? Develop and execute Dealer incentive program related to CS operations to drive customer satisfaction, volume and profit

Qualifications

Education: l University degree or corresponding experience
Experience: Minimum 4 years in Automotive Industry CS operations
English skills: High
PC skills: Very good in Microsoft Office.
Communication and interpersonal skills: Excellent. Wide communication network
Leadership skills: Very good team leader and ability to drive and encourage staff. Ability to act independently
