Stream Video/Audio Engineer (Staff Engineer)
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for Streaming Media Implementation for different application, including video/audio acquisition, Codec (encode/decode), transferring etc application for real-time communication purpose.
Ensures program scopes include global/function input from all emerging market regions with different function purpose, including service application, Sales/Marketing application and Training purpose application.
Leadership of cross-functional team or multiple teams work together on the database architecture design
Can quickly identify areas of highest technical risk and keep team focused on those areas with advance technical solutions.
Job Qualification:
5+ years of successful demonstrated Software Development and Technology Development experience in Video/Audio Streaming application, especially for video/audio acquisition, Codec (encode/decode), transferring etc.
Familiar with P-to-P Communication Protocol and Ways to Implementation
Familiar with C/C++/Java development under Window OS/Linux OS/IOS/Android OS etc
Ability to interact effectively with customers and Marketing to ensure that project scopes and requirements are clearly defined and executable. Must possess the communication and personal skills required to resolve ambiguous and conflicting requirements.

Education:
Master's degree above in EE/Computer and Software related areas
Experience:
· Preferred: Audio/Video Streaming working experience, or working experience in Video Web2.0 application
· Preferred: Working Experience in Large Web2.0 Company, for Cloud Computing direction.
