Commercial Department - Associate (On Site)
商业楼宇部 - 物业顾问(驻场)

Responsibilities：
Assist the Project Manager to oversee the execution of leasing plan and daily affairs on site
Ensure cohesion of leasing team

工作职责：
协助项目经理组织并完成既定的租赁计划
提高租赁队伍的工作效率及整体凝聚力

Requirement：
Bachelor degree is necessary
1 to 2 years' experience in real estate, Project marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated business development capabilities and communication skills
Aggressive, hard -working
Fluent in both written and spoken English.

要求：
本科以上学历
1-2年商业楼宇项目租赁或市场销售经验
良好的沟通和开发能力
富有上进心和积极进取、认真负责的工作态度
流利的英语表达能力和书写能力
