Position Description:
Talent Acquisition will join Kapesys Recruiting team as a potential and professional talent of IT Company which provides professional, outsourcing and headhunting IT services.
Talent Acquisition primary will focus on recruiting and recommending IT related talents. The ideal candidate for the Talent Acquisition will be a pro-active, self-starter, a dedicated team player who is also able to work independently, have a strong drive to succeed and not easy to give up.
Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the job posting on relevant websites, building up and maintaining the talent database.
2. Search potential candidates against customer needs through different recruiting channels and sources, including cold calling, sourcing on Kapesys Database, sourcing on LinkedIn and various Job Boards, and networking.
3. Responsible for the whole recruiting process including resume prescreening, phone interview, face to face interview, technical interview arrangement, offer negotiation.
4. Work with Recruiting Manager on compensation proposal for new hires, conduct reference check, present offer and help to ensure candidate's smooth on boarding.
5. In addition and basing on the capabilities of the Talent Acquisition, may also acquire functions as an Account Manager being responsible for communicating with customer, recommending potential candidates and coordinating interviews.
Requirements:
1. 1+/3+/5+ years of recruitment experience.
2. Bachelor degree or above.
3. Excellent communication, coordination skills and information analysis skills.
4. Natural ability to captivate all audiences with effective communication
5. Be proactive in exploring new sources of research for developing applicant pool by means of the internet, social media and other on-line capabilities.
6. Good command in both spoken and written English.
7. Could work effective under pressure.
8. Open-minded team player, with strong sense of accountability.
9. Good skills in office software.
