职位描述：
1. Budget planning and responsible for the observance of the budget.
制定预算计划，控制预算。
2. Calculate the capacity and staff arrangement reasonable. Time scheduling and observance of the time schedule, check the working hours of workers.
合理计算产能，配备人员编制。制定时间进度表并监督执行，核查工人的工作时间。
3. Manage the dept with employees of different experience level and skills. Such as: headcount planning, selection and employment, Training and development, perforamnce appraisal, and KPI setting.
部门人员及工作的管理，如：人员计划、招聘、培训、绩效考核，部门KPI的制定及执行。
4. Ordering of the raw material.
原材料订购。
5. Calculation of the costs of goods manufactured.
产品成本计算。
6. Quality control of raw material, semi finished products as well as finished products.
原材料、成品、半成品的质量控制。
7. Research and develop new product and new technology to reduce the consumption of raw materials in production. Constantly working on new methods to save the material costs and reduce the manufacturing costs.
新产品新工艺的研制与开发，以降低生产中原材料的消耗。不断开发新的工作方法，减少材料使用和降低加工成本。
8. Develop new technologies on environmental governance. Save the energy.
开发环境治理上的新技术，从而节省能源。
9. Supervise the waste classification & management.
废弃物分类的监督和管理。
10. Implement the dept management procedure based on ISO standard.
根据ISO标准执行部门管理。
11. Cooperate with internal dept. in projects on production optimization.
与公司内部其他部门的合作、协调。
12. Other tasks assigned by supervisor.
上级领导指派的其他工作。

Qualifications Request /任职要求:
1. College degree or above, major in Mechanical,architecture etc.
大专及以上学历，机械、建筑及相关专业。
2. 5+ related working experience in foreign company.
至少5年以上外企相关工作经验。
3. Active, high responsibility, can do work independently.
工作积极主动、责任心强，能独立完成工作。
4. Good organizational skills and work management ability.
很好的组织能力及工作管理能力。
5. Good at communincation, coordination and team work.
善于沟通；很好的团队合作意识。
6. Good etiquette and behavior, abide by company’s regulation and policy.
注重礼仪、礼貌，遵守公司规章。
7. Have good ability in English listening, speaking, reading and writing.
英语听说读写流利。
8. Good skill of office software such as Word, Excel etc, can read CAD drawing.
