职位描述
1. Recruitment · Prepare annual headcount budget plan according to the business demand
· Optimize recruitment channels and procedures
· Coordinate to update job description for all positions
· Ensure efficient and cost effective candidate sourcing, screen and selection
· Ensure smooth enrolment and well organized orientation training to all new employees
· Improve interview skills of managers and supervisors
2. Performance Management · Set up practical and measurable performance management system, within Group HR standard.
· Coach and provide the training to line managers to analyze department and their subordinates' annual objectives and KPI
· Facilitate the performance management to be implemented in the daily work and be recorded
· Organize the mid-year and year-end performance appraisal to be executed timely
3. Training & Development · Contributes in VH Group training and development plan
· Review training needs with line managers and make annual training plan
· Research and propose training courses
· Ensure the implementation of training plan with complete training records, including training contracts
· Organize training evaluation for further improvement
· Ensure training is aiming for staff development.
4. Compensation & Benefit · Ensure accurate and timely payroll handing for all employees
· Conduct clear and timely communication with employees on company C&B system
· Review company C&B structure, policy and practice regularly and update them as necessary
· Conduct the salary survey yearly for the salary review
· Manage annual bonus allocation process
5. Employee Relation & Communication · Response timely and professionally on employees' inquires regarding HR issues
· Collect employees' "voice" and review with company management team for feedback
· Timely organize the staff meeting for clear communication of HR/company news and information, HR policies and procedures etc
· Organize the companies activity to enhance the team cooperation between the employees
· Organize and lead workshop and instruction sessions towards management to guide them in use of HR tools.
· Advisory role towards management in how to motivate and guide people, use of HR tools and house rules.
6. Document Control l Ensure all HR files well recorded, updated and filed in compliance with latest local laws and regulations
l Ensure all HR related policies, processes and procedures accessible for employees.
7. Business Plan (BP) & Operating Plan (OP)· Operational cost and investment of the human resources department within the Operating Plan
· Prepare the Operating Plan re. Human Capital Cost(salary, welfare, training etc)
8. External contactsMaintain a high level network with the relevant external contacts in order to use the external knowledge and experience for maximal benefit of the company:
· Labour authorities
· Labour Dispatch Company (e.g. FESCO)
· Lawyer
· Training companies
· Head hunters
9. AdministrationManagement of the Administration Department to ensure:
· The company environment is well-organized, safety and neatness.
· Manage Group meetings, VIP visitors in Shanghai, etc.
