职位描述

Position Summary:
Responsible for quotation preparation and follow through, sales order management, quote/order/business tracking, and coordination with relevant departments, and all manufacturing sites throughout Asia Pacific in addressing the assigned key customer inquiries and claims for the entire region.

Scope/Supervision and Interaction:
Key Account Inside sales representative is a key interface between Parker Chomerics and key customers on all operationally related issues, and work closely with dedicated Key Account Sales Managers to improve overall customer service and ultimately customer satisfaction. Report to Inside Sales Manager.

Job Responsibility:
? Review and respond to key customer inquiries with support and direct involvement from purchasing, planning, manufacturing, warehouse, QA, in & ex, accounting
? Initiate quotations to customer;
? Project Management. Periodic (weekly or monthly) discussion/meeting with relevant colleagues for project bidding, problem solving, etc. Communicate and cooperate with other departments to carry out joint-functional tasks/processes.
? Help Field Sales in preparation of price negotiations with customer; by providing sales history and forecast to Field Sales, pricing manager and product line manager as reference.
? Follow up on quotation; track sales record of each quote
? Coordinate with sales and distributors for proper orders taking
? Provide timely sales order entry and update, based on documented customer requests.
? Help prepare and work with Field Sales in preparation of Quarterly Review Meeting
? Coordinate related work with purchasing, import & export, planning, warehouse for on-time delivery
? Communicate to customers on delivery schedule; negotiate with customers on request dates
? Establish working relationship with Key customers' planner to better understand the demand
? Acquire demand forecast from customers for ongoing orders; Provide forecast to planners for inventory planning
? Coordinate with warehouse, QA, Sales for all claims handling
? Provide related work by claims as goods return, credit note issuing, replacement ordering and shipping, invoice sending, etc.
? Filing of inquiry/quotes/orders/technical papers/related customers & division's faxes
? Respond to sample/catalog requests; follow up on sales leads

Qualifications:
? Four years Bachelor degree, and proficient in English
? 3+ years direct working experience in customer service, or sales
? Proficient in Excel and project management tracking methods
? Passionate about customer service, understand how to work under pressure
? High EQ with good interpersonal skills
? Mature, Detail Oriented, Sense of responsibility and urgency and ownership
? Electronic industry experience preferred
