职位描述：
1、 执行公司的各项品质管理规定，有效达成公司及部门经理分配的质量目标。
2、过程及产品质量改进 通过分析过程数据（报废率，过程一次不良率，重复异常等）发现改进计划，
并主导发起持续改进活动以优化制程控制及降低劣质质量成本
3、对重大异常或重复发生异常,领导或协助产线人员解决过程中重大异常，采用5Why，鱼骨图等质量工具系统分析潜在失效原因及制定改善对策. 经验教训和实践，主导过程问题的解决，确保纠正和预防措施有效地实施
4、 协助质量控制主管优化过程监控计划;及项目质量工程师合作确定或优化过程控制方式
5、过程/工程变更管理，与工程及生产团队进行过程/工程变更的风险评估，并进行验证工作，跟进及核实变更的实施过程，确保有效执行。
6、及时完成领导交待的其它工作。
任职资格：
1、4年以上外企质量工作经验
2、熟悉并掌握ISO 9000/14001体系知识，具备内审员资格
3、熟悉产品的质量改进流程并有改进项目经验
4、具备6sigma绿带项目管理经验***
5、熟练使用SPC，MSA，FMEA，APQP，PPAP，8D/5Why等质量工具，良好的英文读写能力。
6、熟练使用Microsoft Excel,Word,Powerponit等各种办公软件
