职位描述：
质量测试工程师位于公司第四级，须向供应链经理汇报工作，后者再向产品经理报告。他/她将通过以下两部分工作对采购质量保证的技术方面负责：
1. 采购与评估——搜索产品，找寻同类产品，产品兼容性测试、定位供应商、授权生产商，等等。
2. 测试与验证——批准样品、验证产品、测试功能、审核工厂，等等。

工作任务：
1. 质量测试工程师的工作任务是，帮助 KEENG 生产部向 KEENG 生产线交付最适合的产品——符合需求，质量与成本最优化。
2. 质量测试工程师须与研发部沟通，以理解产品要求与质量紧急状态。
3. 质量测试工程师须评估产品需求、确定合适产品，找到所有可能的同类产品，并与供应链经理沟通相关信息。
4. 质量测试工程师须根据日程安排，前往生产目标产品的工厂进行审核，以评估他们的质量测试体系，决定其是否有能力进入KEENG供应链。
5. 质量测试工程师须针对样品和货物批次中的抽样产品进行质量测试，将测试情况/结果向供应链经理汇报。
6. 质量测试工程师须与研发部沟通，以理解有关质量或不达标方面的问题，然后找到适当的解决方案。

工作职责：
1. 筛选供应商，评估其是否具备进入KEENG供应链的能力。
2. 审核工厂，通过实地访问与报告分析评估其质量测试系统。
3. 理解产品的功能与质量要求，寻找若干备选方案。
4. 找寻与评估同类产品及产品兼容性测试。
5. 对样品与货物进行功能测试、可靠性测试与一致性测试。


职位要求：
1. 已获得质量管理工程学士学位，主攻电子与/或机械应用领域；硕士学位优先。毕业成绩突出或优异
2. 在质量控制、过程优化及测试方面拥有五年或以上工作经验
3. 在六西格玛质量控制流程方面拥有两年或以上工作经验
4. 熟悉国际与本地质量控制相关认证
5. 接受每半周在中国大陆出差的灵活安排
6. 接受每日在上海、无锡、苏州地区进行工厂访问的灵活安排
7. 良好的中英文沟通能力
8. 拥有科学思维、个性无畏

工作待遇：
1. 工资15,000元 到 20,000元人民币，具体视资质而定

Job Summary:
The Quality Test Engineer stands at the fourth layer of the company, reporting to the Supply Chain Manager, whom in turn reports to the Production Manager. He/she will be responsible for the technical perspective of the Procurement Quality Assurance throughout two activities:
1. Sourcing and Evaluating – Searching for Products, Finding Equivalents, Cross-Matching
Differences, Locating Suppliers, Authorizing Manufacturers, etc.
2. Testing and Validating – Approving Samples, Validating Products, Testing Functionality, Auditing Factories, etc.

Mission:
1. The Quality Test Engineer Mission is to help KEENG Production Department with delivering the
most appropriate products, requirement-wise, quality-wise, and cost-wise, to KEENG Production Lines.
2. The Quality Test Engineer has to communicate with the R&D Department to understand the product requirements and quality exigencies.
3. The Quality Test Engineer has to evaluate the product requirements, determine a suitable product, find all possible equivalents for it, and communicate the information to the Supply Chain Manager.
4. The Quality Test Engineer has to schedule audit visits to factories making the products of interest, in order to evaluate their Quality Test System and decide about their competency to enter KEENG Supply Chain.
5. The Quality Test Engineer has to perform quality tests on samples and random selections from shipment batches, and report his findings to the Supply Chain Manager.
6. The Quality Test Engineer has to communicate with the R&D Department to understand any problem faced on the quality or non-suitability levels, and seek to find the appropriate solution.

Job Responsibilities:
1. Filter Suppliers and Evaluate their Competency to enter KEENG Supply Chain.
2. Audit Factories to assess their Quality Test System through site-visits and reports-analysis.
3. Understand Product’s Functionality and Quality Requirements, and Source for several Options.
4. Find and Evaluate Equivalents Products and Cross-Match the Differences.
5. Perform Functionality Test, Reliability Test, and Coherence Test on Samples and Shipments.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s Degree in Quality Control Engineering, with major focus on Electronic and/or
Mechanical applications; Masters Degree is a plus. Graduated with Distinctions or High Distinctions
2. Five years or more of relevant work experience in Quality Control, Process Optimization, Testing
3. Two years or more experience in Six Sigma Quality Control Process
4. Familiarity with the International and Local Certifications related to Quality Control
5. Flexibility to travel within Mainland China on a semi-weekly basis
6. Flexibility to do factory visits on daily basis within Shanghai-Wuxi-Suzhou area
7. Good Communication Skills (English and Chinese)
8. Scientific Mind and Unintimidated Personality
