职位描述：
Brand Activation Manager - Own Media + PR Function

Major Responsibilities:
- Responsible for all own media platform to deliver high quality brand content in a regular base, in order to build long-term relationship with consumers, ensure flawless execution and post-launch tracking
- Content marketing management on own media platform (content marketing strategy on website, wechat, wexin; launch planning, execution & post track)
- Responsible for brand PR matters, aiming to build brand from social responsibility angle and digitalize and socialize the PR content for better social use (Planning and execution with the focus on how to leverage social/own media resources to maximize the awareness)
- PR projects both brand communication and online brand content monitoring
- Crisis management learning and execution
- Work with global team to align with each deliverable

Basic Requirments:
- Bachelor degree with major in economics, or marketing / sales
- At least 4 years working experience in FMCG/ PR agency, with brand communication and PR experience; experience in mom baby category preferred
- Experience in working together with international media agencies in media selection/evaluation, media-planning, execution and output monitoring
- Familiar with PR media and experience in FMCG for a European premium brand is a plus
- Able to manage workload and urgent requests, identify priorities
- Creative yet strategic, flexible, quick thinking and learning
- Strong ability of team player, able to work seamlessly with key functions e.g. Global team, & trade partners
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory), and good working knowledge on office system.
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to deliver clear and concise message. 举报 分享
