职位描述:
1.应试者需拥有欧洲高端旅游年销售20个团及200人以上的计调和渠道(旅行社,高尔夫,飞行驾驶,球赛,游艇和漂移)销售工作经验及组织能力;
The candidate has working experience of selling 20 high-end tour group or more, equal to 200 people to Europe per year, and has sales experience with various high end networks (travel agencies, golfing, piloting, sporting clubs, yachting and drifting activities) and possesses great organizational skills.
2. 负责区域市场旅游渠道代理商开拓和维护工作,有效维护渠道资源,激励渠道代理商进一步推广LEX旅游公司旅游线路;
Responsible for the development,growth and maintenance of a network of travel agents in an assigned region and efficiently maintain all current channel resources, stimulate channel agents to further promote LEX travel packages to Europe;
3. 熟悉旅游线路操作与运作流程,能为渠道客户提供旅游线路的设计、行程的编写及报价预算,并落实相关事宜;
Familiar with the operation of tourist routes, and be able to create a unique travel proposal based on customers’ needs, provide customized travel arrangement, accurate quotation and carry out other relevant matters;
4. 按照公司计划和流程,开展渠道产品推广,介绍旅游线路产品,按相应资源提供产品设计,与渠道商建立良好的合作关系;
According to the business plans and processes of LEX travel NV, actively promote the offering, introduce LEX travel packages, design travel packages based on current resources, and provide relevant information to agents to establish a close cooperation;
5.对渠道代理商拓展及推广,产品推广及销售,了解渠道代理商的需求并做好代理商前,中,后的销售宣传和指导工作;
Develop and promote a network of agents; Promote and sell travel packages; Work with channel agents actively to update the agents relevant information or knowledge and provide agents with professional sales promotion skills and guidance work based on channel agents’ needs;
6.具备组建及领导团队的能力;
Ability to build up and manage a team;
7. 主动自觉的工作态度,不断的超越挑战自己,积极争取晋升的机会;
Pro-active working attitude, self-motivated, actively achieve job promotion.

岗位要求:
Requirements:
1. 5年以上欧洲高端定制游计调及管理能力,年销售额400万以上,年组织人次达200人/20团;
At least 5 years working experience in Europe high-end tailor made programs operation and management experience, sales volume with 4 million or more, 20 tour group/200 people per year required;
2.有高尔夫,飞行驾驶,球赛,游艇和漂移及越野车队渠道资源,有这些渠道资源者优先录用;
Priority is given to persons with contacts with high end individuals networks: eg. golfing, piloting, sports, yachting and drifting;
3. 本科及以上学历,旅游管理或市场营销等相关专业;
Bachelor degree or above holder in Tourism Management or Marketing or equivalent;
4. 英语通过CET-4以上,良好的英语听读写说能力,热爱旅游行业;
English level CET-4 or above, ability to communicate in English; Passion for tourism industry;
5. 具有良好的服务意识,具备良好的沟通协调能力及团队协作精神,有良好的自我调节能力,能承受工作压力,适应经常出差;
Have excellent sense of high quality customer service, communication skills and team spirit; Be able to self-regulate and work under heavy pressure; Frequent travelling required;
薪资待遇
Offer
1. 底薪10-20万/年(根据经验能力),根据销售业绩收入可达到50-300万/年;
Base salary: 100K-200K per year (work experience and personal ability); Total income: 500k-3million per year (a result based commission package);
