Job Description
VGM helps general manager, CEO or other executives plan, develop, implement and oversee company initiatives and projects. VGM oversees a company’s operations, have budgeting responsibilities and is involved in hiring and evaluating company personnel. He also steps in and assume the general manager's responsibilities in his absence.
