* 推广外汇、贵金属、差价合约等零售产品和服务给讲普通话的国家与地区（大中华地区）以完成销售目标。
* 专业且流利地讨论国际金融市场与影响市场波动的因素。
* 开发和维护与潜在客户和现有客户的关系。
* 开发潜在客户，并维护好现有客户。
* 执行一个有组织性的，高效的和结构化的销售流程。
* 提供基本的客户支持并确保客户以最适合的方式接受我司。
* 完成关键性月度KPI。
* 需要的话在办公室内外给客户提供相关介绍（包括讲座、金融展会等）。
* 严格遵循公司CRM中所有的销售流程。

Key Duties & Responsibilities
* Drive sales for Alpari's Retail Products and Services for Forex, Metal, CFD etc. within the Chinese speaking regions (Greater China Area).
* Discuss financial markets and factors that move them in an articulate manner.
* Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Ensure timely and quality follow-up with all the assigned customers.
* Execute an organized, efficient and structured sales process.
* Organizing basic client support and ensuring clients’ onboarding in the best possible manner.
* Meeting key monthly KPIs.
* Conducting client presentations when needed inside and outside the office (Seminar, Trade shows etc.)
* Strictly following all sales processes inside the corporate CRM systems.
Qualifications
* Bachelor degree.
* Degree in Economics / Finance / Business Admin preferred.
* Aged between 22-32.
* Must be Fluent in Mandarin (conversational, reading, writing).
* Financial Sales experience a Plus.
* Financial Trading experience a Plus.
* On the job training will be provided.
* Passion for financial markets.
* Intelligent, Organized, Goal minded, Confident, Articulate and Ambitious.
* Good English written and verbal communication skills.
