职位描述：
岗位职责：
1.会计凭证的编制和整理；
Voucher filing & document scanning;
2.制作记帐凭证，银行对帐，开具与保管发票；
Payment release via e-banking, bank reconciliation, invoices issuing and filing.
3.根据公司相关规定审核各种报销或支出的原始凭证，并检查发票的真实性；
Check staff reimbursement amounts with attached invoices and ensure the rationality according to the Company’s rules, and check the realness of the invoices.
4.根据原始凭证编制现金和银行帐，计提减值准备，累计折旧和其他一些费用科目；应收应付账务处理；
Book entry into financial software for cash/bank transaction, accrued provision, depreciation and other expenses required. Ensure to provide the accurate ledger in charge, AP and AR work.
5.相关的税务工作：防伪税控开票，报税，远程抄报等；
Issuing the VAT invoices, tax filing.
6.外汇：电子口岸卡的操作，外汇服务平台操作；
Be familiar with Export E-card and SAFE.
7.负责公司的会计核算业务；
Be responsible for accounting transactions.
8.负责编制公司的会计报表、税务报表、统计报表；
Be responsible for financial statements, tax reports and statistics reports;
9. 负责审计、汇算清缴和年检工作
Be responsible for external audit, annual CIT filing and annual inspection;
10. 完成财务经理安排的其他工作。
Other work assigned by Finance Manager.

岗位要求：
1. 财务/会计专业专科以上学历，具备会计上岗证。
College Degree or above in Finance and accounting.
2. 生产型企业相关财务工作一年以上经验。
Above 1 year of experience in manufacturing company.
3. 熟悉财务软件操作，最好熟悉K3软件；
Familiar with financial system, K3 preferred.
4. 熟悉各种财经税务法规；
Familiar with accounting regulations and rules.
5. 工作细致认真，责任心强，有团队意识。
Detail-oriented, strong responsible and team player.
6. 基本的英文听说写。
