职位描述：
1、根据ISO / IEC 17025和TS 16949建立，监测和提高材料的实验室管理系统
Monitor and improve material laboratory management system according to ISO / IEC 17025 and TS 16949 system
2、分析产品材料的金相
Analyze metallurgical of products
3、撰写材料实验室设备的工作标准
Prepare work standards for material lab
4、根据国际/客户标准，建立材料分析标准
Set up material analysis standards accoring to international standards and customer standards
5、对IPQC与I/OQC的质量控制，材料分析进行培训
Provide training and guidance to IPQC and I/O QC on quality control.
6、辅助工程部进行新材料测试和参与新项目的质量先期策划活动
Support Engineering for new material test and involve APQP activity during new project development.
7、撰写维修标准，并保持它执行的测试设备 ，材料实验室的范围
Prepare maintenance standard, and keep test facility workable
8、其它质量部总监的要求
Other tasks designated by quality director

岗位要求：
1. be skilled in CMM programming
2. can operate other measuring devices, such as: profile, hardness tester (HV), C-S tester, etc.
3. with the skill of Lab management and organize, the knowledge of ISO / IEC 17025 would be preferred.
4. good team work spirit and team coordination & communication.
5. good knowledge and skill of MSA
