职位描述：
Quality Technician is a position in charge of process inspection and monitor, including data collection and analysis, issues receiving(from product line) and issues feedback(to process quality engineer), initial analysis, non-conforming verification and dispose.

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES 主要职责
? Process inspection, monitor and issues feedback.
过程检查，监控和问题反馈。
? Lead internal process quality issue primary analysis with team.
领导组织内部过程质量问题初步分析。
? Assist process quality issue investigation and interim actions implementation.
支持过程质量问题调查和临时措施落实监控跟踪。
? Assist and coordinate the development, control, calibration, and usage of inspection gages, equipment and master/boundary samples, including training.
支持并协调量检具开发. 监控. 检验， 以及测试设备标准. 边缘样件，包括对检验人员培训。
? Data collecting for Process capability studies.
过程数据收集和数据分析。
? Assist product and process changes, verification after change conduction.
支持产品和过程变更以及变更确认。
? DLN/Dock audit data collection and feedback.
终检数据收集以及问题反馈。
? DLN peoples training.
终检人员培训。
? Assist to promote cost reductions project, continuous improvement activities.
支持并促进降低成本项目，持续改善。
? Work for day and night shift.
要求翻班。


3. KEY COMPETENCIES 资格能力要求
? Planning, organizing, coordinating skill.

? Basic problem solving tools application.

? Working under pressure.
能承受一定的工作压力。
? Microsoft office software is a must.
熟练应用办公软件.
? Majored in Mechanics or Metrology is preferred.
