Position: Production & Quality Engineer
Report to: ID-RF COO
Major job: Follow up Mass Production of ID-RF projects, QC supervision, IPQC supervision, materials and delivery schedule follow up.

2. Job Description
Your will take care of the following missions:

The Production & Quality Engineer will take over the projects passed from Project Managers when Industrialization phase ends. Will be in charge of optimize all related production process, including support on IQC Quality through Supplier control, Process supervision and Manufacturing follow up.

- Product mass production
o Follow up sub-contracted parts in support of Purchase Manager
o Pilot Run following up in cooperation with Project Manager
o Technical support for mass production issues
o Documentation update for the following
？ Projects folder including all related CAD’s, BOM etc
？ Issues tracking 8D reports, quality reports
？ Production metrics and KPI
？ Product Lifecycle Maintenance
？ Process control documentation
？ IQC Support on QC decision making
o Production line balance arrangements
o Draft and improve production documentation
o Tooling and Fixtures inventory and maintenance control
o Control for Defective Parts Flow
o Efficiency and Cost control in Production Line
o Golden Samples Maintenance
o Follow up Material Flow in Productive process
o Set demanding Quality requirements for all Mass Production Processes

3. Job Requirements
- Previous experience in Electronics finished products project/process management
- At least 5 working years of experience in Electronics industry
- Strong experience in Production plant and office environment
- Good command of Ms Office and ERP systems
- Decision making capabilities, time management and team work spirit
- English writing and speaking skills
- Excellent relationship and negotiation capabilities
- Team leadership

4. Conditions

 
- Month Salary: Discussed during interview
- Position Bonus: Discussed during interview
(8-10K) Total Budget as reference
