职位描述：
岗位职责：
1、监督整个会议的策划及项目运营，诸如：项目主题、预算控制、项目发展、发言嘉宾的邀请及现场协调；
2、调研和分析目标行业背景及相关产业链结构，确保会议符合市场需求；
3、通过同部门经理的沟通调研后，创意和起草商业会议日程；
4、邀请商业领袖、高端学者、政府官员与会并发言；
5、与第三方建立合作伙伴和赞助合作关系；
6、制定会展项目文案、设计会展手册等，确保整个项目的平稳运营及最终的盈利。

任职要求：
1、本科及以上学历，英文口语及书面表达流利；
2、文本制作能力强，具有出色的行业分析与调研能力；
3、强烈的商业与市场意识，独立分析与解决问题能力，有活力；
4、影响力及创新精神，有自我驱动力，团队精神；
5、能以结果导向管理一个高效率团队，并能够承受工作压力；
6、对当前的会议形式和发展趋势有浓厚的兴趣和灵敏的警觉性。

薪资待遇
基本工资+绩效工资+奖金
上班时间：周一到周五上午8:30-17:30,做五休二
