职位描述：
? Responsible for preparation of monthly management accounts, including preparation of journals for depreciation, accruals and prepayments and ensuring all P&L and balance Sheet reconciliations are maintained and up to date
? Assisting in Monthly Group Consolidation and associated Reporting Packs, including Group AARO System reporting
? Assisting in preparation of Statutory accounts
? Assisting in preparation of P&L Analysis for Corporation Tax packs
? Assisting in collation of operation cash flow forecasts
? Assisting in annual budget / quarterly Reforecasts
? Preparation and submission of all Government compliances
? Responsible for issuing Sale Invoices with liaison with Subsidiary Companies Managers
? Credit Control, including investigating aged items and taking actions to resolve issues
? Reconciliation of bank accounts and other Balance Sheet control accounts, investigating aged items and preparation of appropriate
 support schedules
? Arrange timely payment of suppliers
? Complete control of relevant general ledger(s)
? Preparation of Group Companies VAT returns
? Preparation of Corporation Tax Packs (P&L analysis) for group companies
? Assist in year end requirements and external audit processes.
? Assume day to day responsibility for Finance System including administration, fault resolution, long term planning and assist with future developments.
? Assisting senior management with ad hoc requests, projects and reports as required
? Identify manual processes that require automation and document

Candidate Requirements
? Relevant degree, qualified ACCA/CIMA
? Proficient in the use of Microsoft Excel including Pivot Tables, macros etc.
? Excellent working knowledge of Agresso or similar accounting system.
? At least 5 years preferred experience working in busy accounts department preparing accounts to Trial Balance
? An understanding of accounting methods and current practices
? Other Microsoft Office packages (Word, PowerPoint )
? Demonstrate effective interpersonal and team working skills
? Demonstrate ability to plan, prioritise and manage a complex workload 举报 分享
