职位描述：

JD:

Recruitment Function

1. Establish yearly recruiting plan in close collaboration with each team leader and head of department;

2. Conduct telephone interviews, organize face-to-face recruiting interviews, conduct candidate background check and follow-up closely the recruitment status on weekly basis;

3. Build effective recruiting guideline/procedures/tools

4. Coordination in new staff on-board process including preparing on-board documents, verification and registration, computers, desks and office supplies;

5. Assist in organizing the company's event and internal communication activities.

Admin Function
1. admin stationary application,issue,control and management;

2. Supplier daily management and appraisal (include water, canteen, green,etc...)

3.Bus management (Shuttle bus/employee car/visitor car)

4.Daily maintenance of company infrastructure;

5.Security Guards daily job management;

6. Expats apartment issue and utility fee control;

7.Expats VISA apply and renew issues

8. Others HR & Admin jobs which leader assign

Skill Required:

1.Junior college or Bachelor degree ，ideally major in management related major
2. Minimum 2 years’ experience in HR and Admin activities; experience in foreign company will be a plus.
3.Recruitment skills and admin experience is must

4. Proficient with MS, Excel.
5. Good communication skills, proactive and team spirit.
6. Good time management skills, well organized and able to work under pressure.
7. Good oral and written English skills.
