销售助理负责管理客户资料及信息,管理销售订单/销售合同,车辆到港,库存信息及交车相关手续的文件。依据上级主管的要求制作相关报表,为销售部的日常销售行政工作提供协助。
职责说明(职责的先后顺序按照其重要程度进行排列):
1. 管理客户资料及销售合同
2. 安排展厅车辆
3. 内部销售报表制作
Position Characteristics:
The Sales Administrator is responsible for managing customer data and information, sales orderscontracts, and various documents on vehicle import, stock, and handover. She is also responsible for other daily administration work in Sales department, such as compiling reports according to superior's requirements.
Duty Description( Duties are arranged by importance):
1. Manage customer data and sales contracts
2. Arrange displayed vehicles
3. Prepare internal sales reporting
任职资格:
教育背景:须具备本科学历者
行业背景:具备跨国汽车零售行业相同工作经验或同等工作经验者优先
其他任职要求:
?候选人需掌握微软Office软件、Lotus Notes软件及互联网的操作方法,保时捷系统的操作方法除外
?热爱本职工作,在工作中保持极高的敬业度及可靠性;
?能够理解并发扬Porsche的品牌理念、形象和特点,有较强的Porsche文化意识及客户敏感度
