Job Descriptions
- Oversees and drive team performance for all TWG Tea Salon & Boutiques in Singapore operations to ensure annual and long term goals are met
- Strong brand knowledge of TWG Tea
- Manage and motivate teams, providing them with a stimulating and supportive environment
- Maintain and increase the TWG Tea standards of customer service
- Enforce and ensure all TWG Tea Salon & Boutiques operating procedures are done in accordance with the Company standards
- Ensure all TWG Tea related information is communicated and understood at all levels
- Scheduling and proper deployment of staff
- Ensure stock sufficiency for operations within all outlets
- Ensure food safety regulations are followed as according to local regulatory requirements
- Deliver a culture where customer satisfaction is paramount
- Conduct Salon & Boutiques visits which will ensure the delivery of consistent performance, adherence to Company and legislative standards, compliance to policies and procedures
- Able to collaborate with other departments effectively, such as; HR (Management of staff), Marketing / Communications (Events organization), Kitchen / Warehouse, Training, Sales and etc
- Build strong working relationships and maintain effective communications with all staff
- Address staff concerns and provide direction whenever necessary
- Working closely with HR to identify and schedule all training and development for the staff
- Conduct annual performance evaluation to all Store Managers and provide feedback for improvements

Requirements
- Qualification in Hospitality, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related discipline
- Experience of the F&B industry, ideally experience of the luxury goods industry
- Experienced working in a similar role is an added advantage
- More than 5 years of management experience is required
- Ability to build strong business rapport at all levels
- Strong organizational and people management skills
- Able to work under pressure and adaptable
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese 举报 分享
