职位描述：

一.Main Focus of Duties and Responsibilities

1. Assist GM's daily routine:

working schedule arrangement，visitors arrangement,business trip arrangement,Others assigned by GM.

2. Assit COO's daily routine:

Translation work for COO, both in daily communication, meeting and documentations.

working schedule arrangement,visitors arrangement,travel arrangement,Other assigned by COO.

3. Company Lawsuit Management:

Proceed and follow all company lawsuit cases closely with representative lawyers

Coordinate internally and externally to prepare documents which mentioned by lawyers to present in court

Report to GM weekly about all cases status and situation

Give advises and suggestions to GM according to lawsuit situation

Others assigned by company which related to Lawsuit, Law, Regulations.

4. Exhibition Organization & Market Promotion:

All exhibitions' 3^rd party vendor selection, cost control, layout design, stand build, internal organization, exhibition goods delivery, etc.

Kinds of Industry Association member relation maintainance.

Others related to exhibition and market promotion working assigned by company.

二.Required Competency and Qualification

1.Knowledge

Education :University degree, major in Business Administration, Industry Performance Management or related.

Foreign Language: Excellent Oral and Writing English skill, can work in pure English languane enviornment.

Computer Skill: Be good at related office software (MS word, excel, PowerPoint)

2.Experience

Mechanical Manufacturing or related working experience.

At least 3 years of working experience in manufacturing operations as operations offices's assistant or relative positions. 举报 分享
