职位描述：
1,.Assist in the merchandiser, to ensure the production and delivery;协助业务员跟踪大货生产和交期。
1.1 Order follow up 跟单事宜
- Contact with vendors, customers, and internal parties for information/documents与供应商，客户以及第三方联系相关事宜
- Obtain quotations from factories获取工厂报价
-Collect samples from factories搜集工厂样品
-Enter quotations in system 录入报价到系统
-Create orders through system and send to client final official contract 通过系统下单并发给客户正式的合同
-Confirm price, payment terms, delivery time etc with suppliers 与工厂确定价格，付款方式，交期等事宜

1.2. Coordinate sample submission to customers for approval. 合作开发新样品给客户确认
- Pack and send samples 包装并寄送样品
- Take photos of samples样品拍照
-Chase courier situation till it arrived 追踪快递直至送达
-follow up client feedback about sample 了解客户对样品的反馈

2,Developing new project based on client inquiry 根据客户询单开发新的项目

3, Assist to make new proposal to clients in order to increase purchasing turnover 辅助开发新品给客户以助增长采购量

4, Assist to check market price for continuous ordering categories 了解长期采购产品的市场价格

5.Book the vessel before ETD 交货前安排定舱事宜。

6.Daily email with customer and suppliers for order details. 就订单事宜和客户以及工厂进行日常回复。

7.Maintain strong business relationships with factories through regular contacts。通过日常沟通维护好工厂的合作伙伴关系

8.Perform other duties as assigned by merchandiser.完成业务员交待的其他事项。

Job Requirements:

1. College or university graduated. (Preferable in electronics, small appliances, home cleaning, shopper, lighting field, design, international trade);

大专学历，国际贸易专业, 从事过电子，小电器，家居清洁类产品，购物袋以及照明相关经验者优先。

2. Years of Experience: 2 year experiences in Buying/Trading office as merchandiser assistant for Europe market;

至少2年以上在贸易公司从事欧洲市场跟单助理工作。

3. Language Skills: Good command of both Spoken & Written English.

英语听说读写能力。

4. Computer Skills: Able to use Microsoft Office Software (Word, Excel, etc.)

熟练使用OFFICE软件，

5. Hard working, carefully, willing to challenge herself/himself
