Specific Responsibilities
-Develop and increase market share and sales revenue;
-Develop effective distributor or agent to support the business growth;
-Develop the relationship with design institute and end users;
-Maintain relationship with existing customers in markets;
-Grow the business by developing new customers and penetrate into new markets/applications;
-Update projects list timely to have accurate projects tracking and booking forecast;
-To generate sales report timely and give suggestions for improvement
-Create & focus deployment plans on existing customer or markets to increase revenue;
-Conduct presentation to promote all ACTREG products with end users, design institute and customers;
-Reporting all critical and necessary information in specified territory or market;
-Effectively collect the projects information, setup booking forecast and meet forecast accuary target.
-Deep understand ACTREG and the main competitors to create sales strategies and tactics to win projects;
-Finish the negotiation of technical and commercial to meet company and individual target;
-Understand how to trace a project from information to an order;
-Assistant AE or field service for payment collection and solve the problem of job site;
Qualifications and Experience
-BS degree or above.
-At least 3 years’ experience in sales positions in valves and actuation industry area.
-Familiar with industrial B-2-B business.
-Years knowledge/experience in industrial instrumentation, control valve, actuation, etc.
-Well-organized and self-motivated personality.
-Excellent in channels/distributors management.
-Excellent time management, organizational and interpersonal skills essential.
-Good in communication skill and presentation skill;
-Excellent and proven interpersonal and influencing skills.
-Working well under pressure, and engaging at all levels of the organisation both internally and externally.
-Ability to make and accept challenge positively and debate confidently.
