职位描述：
岗位职责
1、认真做好餐前准备，确保质量标准；
2、正式开餐后，认真做好服务工作；
3、及时跟踪、检查台面，对不合格的地方进行改正；
4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解，及时上菜；
5、及时清台，整理好餐厅桌椅卫生，保持餐厅整洁和环境良好；
6、认真落实酒店与部门规章制度。

任职资格
1、初中以上文化程度，形象气质佳；
2、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力；
3、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。

1.12 Guests will be passed to the requirements of the kitchen.
1.13 Polite reception and smart and full of talk with guest knowledge to maintain good relations.
