岗位职责
1、认真做好餐前准备,确保质量标准;
2、正式开餐后,认真做好服务工作;
3、及时跟踪、检查台面,对不合格的地方进行改正;
4、及时对餐台上菜速度、情况了解,及时上菜;
5、及时清台,整理好餐厅桌椅卫生,保持餐厅整洁和环境良好;
6、认真落实酒店与部门规章制度。
任职资格
1、初中以上文化程度,形象气质佳;
2、有较高的处理餐厅突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力;
3、热爱服务工作,工作踏实、认真,有较强的事业心和责任感。
Responsibilities:
1.1 Accept minister distribution services, to provide quality service to guests.
1.2 responsible for meal preparation work before
1.3. Restaurant care facilities, and the implementation of maintenance and cleaning.
1.4 Do a good job in the business before and after the health work, keep the restaurant environment clean, ensure the tableware, parts clean and in good condition.
1.5 Ensure all products, spices clean and adequate.
1.6 Understand each meal reservation and table arrangements, provide considerate service for guests in strict accordance with the provisions
1.7 Restaurant service procedures and service specifications for service. Detail service for guest.
1.8 Familiar with all kinds of menu name, unit price, knowledge of food, beverage and service skills.
1.9 Warmly welcome every guest.
1.10 Accept guests order, drink wine, promote the restaurant features dishes. Help guests to choose according to their taste. 1.11 At any time to check the quality of dishes and drinks, put an end to the unqualified dishes and drinks to the guests.
1.12 Guests will be passed to the requirements of the kitchen.
1.13 Polite reception and smart and full of talk with guest knowledge to maintain good relations.
1.14 Be able to deal with all kinds of emergencies quickly and effectively.
1.15 Understanding of the goods carried by the guests, after dinner to remind guests remember to bring back.
1.16 Responsible for the timely replenishment of all kinds of tableware in the restaurant, for a rainy day.
1.17 To actively solicit opinions and suggestions on the bottom of the pot, food quality and service quality of the guests.
1.18 To maintain health and personal hygiene.
1.19 Do a good job of security, energy saving and water-saving work. Check doors and windows, water, electricity, gas switch, air conditioning switch, audio.
