3. At least 3 years' relevant experience in commercial areas,particularly in relation to FDI,M&A,employment and cross-border transactions,with ability to handle matters independently;
4. Experience in an international law firm or top Chinese IP firm will be an advantage;
5. Excellent command of writing and spoken English, and excellent drafting skills;
6. Dedication to quality;
7. Team player.
