职位描述：
岗位职责：
  Job responsibilities:
 Be responsible for DL training, certification, recertification & multiple training conducting;
? Update training material & test paper per production process change;
? Conduct the spec update & TECN training to relevant people;
? Coordinate with production department to arrange training schedule;
? Be responsible for training records management;
? Timely feedback trainee’s training performance to his/her direct supervisor;
? Apply software for technical training course designation and development.
? Track training progress and ensure training quality to meet the certification requirement.
 
岗位要求：
Job requirements:

College degree and /or above in electronic & mechanical engineering or equivalent with working experience in semiconductor company preferred.
? Fluent in both oral and written English.
? Proficient in MS software (Word, Excel, PPT, Flash, Photoshop…)
? Technical general course development skill
? Self-motivated and is willing to take challenge and improvements
? Good communication skill & strong sense of teamwork 举报 分享
