职位描述：
Key Performance Area/Job summary:
The mission of the process engineer is to transfer the requirement of product from R&D PILOT to manufacture technical standard. Meanwhile, deeply understand the dairy process to stabilize and optimize the unitary operation.

Key Job Responsibility/Detailed job focuses:
1. Work together with supplier to set up process parameter in commisionning period to make sure stability of operation
2. Tracking the performance of process and lead to solve the problem
3. Apply the various models and framework technolotical recommendations in the support and examination of maor industrial projects(new process, new lines, new plants)
4. Develop and maintain an external skills network in the field of process engineering(universities, enviromental engineering, public research institutes) that can benefit a competitive advantage plan for Yoplait.
5. Manage external partnerships if necessary.

Education /Experience/Capability Request:
1. Bachelor degree in electrical, automation or food engineering
2. The incumbent must be an Engineer with significant experience (5 years) in fresh dairy product technologies in the framework of a Process Engineering R&D assignment.
3. Initial training in Food Engineering with a specialization in process Engineering or Chemical Engineering is preferred(ENSAIA, Agrotech Paris, ENSIC or PhD in Food Science focusing on Process Engineering)
4. Rheology and/or modeling experience is definite advantage.
5. Good communication skill both oral& written English
6. Constantly available to solve urgent processing issues
7. Willing to take challenge, Self confidence
